Our office is tucked away in Room Kmc 6/1422 over at the K.C Complex in Ashwini Nagar. If you know the area, it’s a pretty easy spot to find, right in the middle of Kasaragod. We’ve been operating as builders and traders here for a good bit of time. It’s a mixed kind of job because one day we are looking at construction materials and the next we are dealing with building logistics. The space inside the complex is where we handle the boring side of things, like the books and the phone calls, but most of our time is spent out where things are actually being built. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just show up and get through the list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the supply chain is a headache, and other times everything goes smooth as silk. We deal with a lot of local people and other businesses nearby. It feels like a small world when you’re working in Ashwini Nagar. We like the pace of life here in Kerala, even when the weather isn’t helping us get the job finished on time. We just keep plugging away at it. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday.
