Fynex Technologies

Fynex Technologies is up on the 4th floor of the Squire Nine Mall. We are in the same building as the Big Bazar, so there is always a lot of energy around. Working in a mall is a bit different than a regular office building. You have to deal with the crowds coming in for shopping, especially on the weekends, but being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of distance from the main noise. The Squire Nine Mall is a big place, and sometimes the elevators take forever to arrive, so we end up waiting around with shoppers carrying their bags from Big Bazar. Our office is a simple rectangular room with some long tables where we set up our laptops. It’s got that mall-style lighting that stays the same all day, so you sometimes lose track of time. We don’t have a fancy view, just the interior of the mall or the parking lot, but it works for what we need. It’s a handy location because if we need anything, we can just head downstairs to the shops. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a group of tech-minded people who needed a central place to work from. There’s always the smell of popcorn or food from the court nearby drifting up during the day. It’s an interesting place to be every day. We just come in, do our tech work, and try to avoid the main crowds when we leave in the evening to go home.
