We are located in Edattummal, which is in the Trikaripur area. The company is called Easyhouz Construction Services Private Limited. Our office is at Avaronthan Veedu. It’s more of a local house that we use for our business meetings and planning. We build houses for people around here. It’s a small town vibe, so everyone knows who we are. We don't have a big marketing department. Mostly, people just hear about us from their neighbors or see our trucks around. We spend most of our time out at the construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Trikaripur is a quiet place and we like working here. When we are at the office, we’re usually looking over maps or talking about where to get the best sand and bricks for the next job. We try to keep the costs down for people because we know how hard it is to save up for a home. We don't use any complicated contracts that no one can read. We just explain things clearly and get to work. The team is made up of guys from the surrounding villages. We know how to build for the local climate, especially with the heavy rains we get. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it for a while now in this part of the state. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the fan helps.
