If you go to the Juma Masjid Building in Melparamba, you’ll find the office for AL-CONSTRUX PRIVATE LIMITED at Door Number CP XX/583. We’ve set up shop right here in Kasaragod to handle construction projects around the area. It’s a handy location for us because it’s easy for people to find when they’re in the neighborhood. We aren't some big corporate group with branches everywhere. We are just focused on the work right here in this part of Kerala. Most of the time, the office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports, which is pretty normal for a place like ours. We have a handful of staff who keep the gears turning. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork filed. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing. Most of our clients come to us because they saw something we built nearby or they know someone who worked with us before. It’s a practical business. We look at the land, we look at the plans, and we get to work. The heat in Kasaragod can be tough on the crews, but everyone is used to it by now. We just focus on doing a decent job and being fair with everyone we deal with. It is just steady, everyday work for us at the Juma Masjid building location.
