Achahomes is a small one-person company, though we have a few folks who help out on a regular basis when things get busy. We are based out of SAF Solutions, right at the Periya Road Junction in Pallikere. It’s a beautiful part of Kasargod, not too far from the Bekal Fort, which is a place everyone knows. Being near the junction means there is always something going on outside our windows, which keeps things interesting. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate rules you find in bigger cities. The office is pretty simple, just enough room to get the thinking and planning done. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one spot to another to check on how the houses are coming along. It’s a lot of driving, but the views around here make it worth the effort. Sometimes the rain in Kasargod can really mess with our timing, but we’ve learned to be patient with the weather. We don't have a glossy brochure or a person answering the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just get one of us. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they will actually cost. It’s not a complicated business model, but it’s how we like to do things. Most of our neighbors know us.
