About Samrudhy Fal Bricks – Building & Construction Material in Karwar
If you walk down Cutino Road in Kodibag, you can’t really miss us, especially since we are right near the Maruti Temple. You can hear the temple bells in the morning while we are starting our shifts at Samrudhy Fal Bricks. We mostly deal with the fly ash type of bricks here, which are a bit different from the old red ones. The machines make a lot of noise throughout the day, so you have to talk pretty loud to be heard. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. We spend a lot of time stacking the finished blocks in the sun to let them set properly. The air is a bit salty because we aren't too far from the water, which makes the summers feel a bit heavy and humid. We don't have any big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a yard with some sheds and a lot of grey bricks piled high. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes to ask about prices or just to see what we are doing. We try to keep things organized, but when several trucks show up at once, the whole place gets a bit chaotic with the dust and the engine noise. It is just honest work, and we have been doing it this way for a while now without much changing in the daily routine.
