Universal Hydraulics

Universal Hydraulics is situated at S No.49 on the Salem New Bye Pass Road. We are quite easy to find since we are near the Bajaj Show Room. Being on the bypass road means there are always trucks and cars zooming past, so it’s never really quiet here. Our place is geared toward hydraulic work, which means lots of oil and heavy parts. It’s a messy business, but we don't mind it much. The workshop is big enough for us to move things around, though it feels small when a big job comes in. We have various tools scattered on the workbenches, and we know where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to someone else. We spend our days taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes your back hurts by the end of the shift. We aren't looking to be the fanciest shop on the bypass. We just want to get the work done so people can get back on the road or back to their jobs. There’s a small desk where we handle the bills, but we mostly stay out on the floor. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall nearby when things get slow. It’s a typical day for us at Universal Hydraulics. We’ve been here at S No.49 for a long time now and we know most of the other shop owners around here.
