Sri Durga Hollow Block

We’re located at No : 473 on Covai Road in the Andankoil East area. If you’re familiar with the road, you’ve probably seen our stacks of hollow blocks. We are Sri Durga Hollow Block. Our yard is usually quite busy with the machines running to press the blocks. It’s a dusty environment, and we’re always covered in a bit of grit by the end of the day. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a small space to handle the orders. Most of our work happens right out in the open. We see a lot of local builders and people working on their own homes coming by. The traffic on Covai Road can be quite heavy, especially in the afternoons. We just keep stacking the blocks and getting them ready for transport. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t use any complicated systems here. We just count the blocks and load the trucks as they come in. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to dry the blocks, so we have to plan around the clouds. It’s just part of the job. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. People in Andankoil East know they can just stop by. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just a local block yard doing our daily work on the side of the road. That's about all there is to our life here.
