Our office is at 323/2, Vms Nagar, specifically on 1St Cross Street. It is right near the NH-7 Madurai Bye Pass Road in the Moppanpatti area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it makes sense once you are driving out that way. We are Nanguneri Properties India Ltd. Being so close to the highway means there is always noise from the trucks and buses passing by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The office isn't anything elaborate. It's just where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking into property around here. We usually start the day pretty early because that’s when most of the work gets done before the heat kicks in too much. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy brochures. We just talk to folks like neighbors. Moppanpatti has its own pace, and we try to match that. Sometimes the 1St Cross Street gets a bit dusty, but that’s just life on the bypass road. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of maps pinned up. It’s a basic setup because we prefer spending time out looking at sites rather than sitting under a fan all day. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the locals know where to find us when they need help with something related to land.
