You can find us at number 24 on the Karur Bypass Road, right in the V N Nagar area. Being on the bypass means we get a lot of people passing through, especially those coming in from the surrounding farms. The shop usually smells a bit like dried earth and burlap because of all the seeds we keep in stock. We have bags piled up in the corners, depending on what season it is. Right now, things are a bit hectic because everyone is preparing for the next planting. We don’t have a lot of space for sitting around. Most of the time, we are busy weighing things out or showing someone the difference between two types of grain. The traffic on the bypass is always loud, and the big trucks rattle the windows sometimes. We have been in this spot for a while, so most of the regulars know exactly where to pull over. It’s a simple setup with some wooden shelves and a heavy weighing scale that has seen better days. We don’t do any fancy displays. We just put the bags where they can be reached easily. The floor is usually covered in a bit of grit from the boots coming in and out, but that's just how it goes in a seed shop. It’s a steady kind of life, following the rhythm of the crops and the changing weather.
