You can find us up on the first floor at 523-L/A in Model Town. We are quite close to Parnami Mandir, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the building. Being on the first floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we are trying to focus on complicated itineraries. We’ve been running V Make Tours & Holidays for a bit now, mostly focusing on getting families where they want to go. It’s not a flashy office. We have some posters of mountains and beaches, but mostly it is just computers and stacks of paper. We work long hours sometimes, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. That’s how things work here in Karnal. We take care of the booking details so you don't have to stare at a screen for hours. It’s practical work. We check the flights, look at the bus timings, and see which hotels actually look like their pictures. If something goes wrong with a booking, we are the ones who stay on the phone to fix it. That's just part of the job. It feels good to see people come back with photos from their trips.
