We are based at Sco 63 along the Mugal Canal. This part of the city is always quite active, with plenty of people walking along the water and cars looking for parking spots. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks with computers that are almost always on, showing different flight schedules or hotel listings. The walls are mostly covered with maps and a few clocks showing different times, though we mostly just pay attention to our own. It’s the kind of place where the phone rings at odd hours and there is always a printer humming in the background, spitting out tickets or visa forms. We spend our time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to piece together the best way for them to get there. It’s a lot of scrolling through screens and making notes on pads of paper. We don't have a big waiting area with fancy sofas, just a few sturdy chairs for whoever drops in. The desks are usually covered in brochures and little sticky notes with phone numbers on them. When the weather is nice, we can see the activity on the canal road through the front window. It’s a steady kind of work, helping folks figure out their travels while we stay parked right here in our corner of Sco 63. No big bells or whistles, just us and our keyboards.
