Tiger Coatings (India)

You’ll find Tiger Coatings (India) at Plot No. 22 in the HSIIDC area of Karnal. Being in an industrial plot means we have a decent amount of space, but it’s always being filled up with drums and containers of coatings. The area is quite dusty because of all the construction and other factories nearby, but that is expected here in Karnal. Every morning the shutters go up and we start checking the mixing schedules. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the labels are correct. The office is just a small room at the front with a couple of chairs and a fan that squeaks a little. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just know how to make coatings and that is what we do all day. The weather in Karnal can be quite extreme, really hot or really cold, so we just dress for the season and keep the work going. Sometimes the trucks are late or the power flickers, but we just deal with it as it happens. It is a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the products rather than how the office looks. Most people who come here are drivers or suppliers, and they know the drill. We stay busy, keep the plot as organized as possible, and head home when the work is done for the day.
