Our office is at 3666 on Kaithal Road in Karnal. We are right near the petrol pump. It is a good location for a travel business because we see all the cars and trucks passing by all day. The office is just a small building on the side of the road. Inside, there is a big desk and some maps of Haryana and Punjab. We have a few drivers who park their cars nearby. They spend a lot of time waiting for the next trip, drinking tea and chatting outside. We handle bookings for taxis and longer trips. It is a lot of scheduling and making sure the cars are in good shape. The road can get very dusty, so we are always wiping down the desks. It is not a fancy place at all. We have some old chairs and a clock that is five minutes fast. We do not mind. It keeps us on time. People stop by on their way out of town or call us when they need a ride to the station. We have been at this spot for years. The petrol pump staff are our friends. Sometimes we help each other out with small things. It is a hard-working atmosphere. We stay open late most nights because that is when people need rides the most. It is just how we run things here. No big secrets, just showing up every day and doing the work for the people.
