Sds Masaale

Sds Masaale is located at Shop No.27 right in the middle of the Spices Market. We are very close to the Radha Krishna Mandir in Bahu Akbarpur, so it is quite a spiritual and busy area to be in. Every morning, you can hear the bells from the temple while we open up the shop. Being in the spice market means we are surrounded by other traders, which keeps us on our toes. We deal with all sorts of whole and ground spices. It’s a small shop but we fit a lot into it. People come from all over the village and even further away to buy their monthly supplies. We don't do anything too complicated. We buy, we check, and we sell. The market is always loud and full of energy, with trucks coming in and out constantly. We have been in this spot for a while now. It gets quite hot in the summer months inside the market, but the smell of the cloves and cardamom makes it better. We know our regulars by name and we usually have a quick chat while we weigh out their orders. There’s no big office here, just the counter and the shelves. We just try to keep things honest and simple for everyone who walks through the door near the mandir. It’s hard work being in the market but we enjoy the daily routine here.
