Our place is at plot number 10 in the industrial area, just a short walk from Holly Park. If you find the Blind School Lane, you’ll see we are tucked right behind the Khera factory. At Pachranga Sons International, we deal with a lot of food products, mainly things like pickles and preserves that take a lot of time to get right. The yard is usually full of big ceramic jars and the smell of spices soaking in oil. It’s a sharp, tangy scent that hits you as soon as you turn the corner. We spend a lot of time monitoring the fermentation and making sure the ingredients are prepped correctly. It’s messy work sometimes, and our aprons are rarely clean by the end of the day. We have a lot of workers who have been with us for years, and we all know the routine like the back of our hands. The location is practical for getting trucks in and out, even if the lane gets a bit narrow when two vehicles try to pass each other. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we put in jars tastes like it’s supposed to. It’s a noisy, busy environment, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the jars in front of us. Our family has been doing this for a long time.
