We are located at E-8 in the Sadh Complex. It’s right on Railway Road here in Karnal, not too far from HD Model School. Being near a school means mornings and afternoons are usually pretty loud with all the kids and rickshaws, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. This office is where we handle all the holiday bookings. It’s not a huge place, just a simple room with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their trips. We focus on getting the details right for anyone looking to take a break. Most of the people who come to us live right here in Karnal. They know the Sadh Complex well. We don't have any fancy brochures or big TV screens showing ads. We just talk to people and figure out what they need. Some days are busier than others, especially when summer holidays are coming up. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we know the local rhythm. Railway Road is a good place to be because everything is close by. We just try to be helpful and give people the information they’re looking for without any extra sales talk. It’s just us doing our job in a quiet corner of the complex. If you’re walking toward the station, you’ll find us easily enough. We keep the kettle on and focus on the paperwork every single day.
