Our jewelry showroom is right in the Karnal Industrial Area, quite close to National Highway-1. It might seem like an odd spot for a jewelry shop, but S L Group has been here for a good while and people know where to find us. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the noisy highway outside with all the trucks passing by. We have various pieces on display, from simple gold rings to more detailed things people want for weddings or festivals. The staff here mostly grew up around Karnal, so we know a lot of the families that come in to see us. We spend the day showing pieces, weighing gold on the scales, and talking to customers about what they need for their kids' weddings. It’s not just about selling stuff; we also handle some repairs if a chain breaks or a stone comes loose from a setting. The lights in the cases have to stay bright so everything looks okay for the customers. We keep a pot of tea going in the back for when friends or long-time customers stop by just to chat for a bit. It’s a family-run kind of feel even though we are technically in an industrial zone. We don't have big flashy billboards or anything like that, just this shop near the highway where we do our business every day and try to treat people right. It is a simple place where we enjoy the work.
