Suraksha Computers

Suraksha Computers is where we work from, and you can find us at No. 1076 on 13th Street. Rajiv Sharma is the one who handles things here. We are located quite close to the Bhagwaria Gas Agency, which is usually how people find their way to us when they are lost. The street can get pretty crowded during the day, but we have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us by now. We spend most of our time dealing with computer towers, old laptops that won't turn on, and people needing some basic software help. It is not a very large shop, but we have enough room to keep the workbenches organized with cables and parts lying around. People from the nearby residential blocks often drop off their machines in the morning and hope we can have them running again by the evening. Sometimes it is just a simple fix, and other times we are scratching our heads over a motherboard for hours. There is no corporate vibe here at all, just a couple of desks and some fans to keep the place cool while we work. Rajiv is usually around to talk to anyone who walks in with a broken screen or a virus problem. We just take things one day at a time, fixing whatever comes through the door and making sure the shop stays open for the locals who rely on their tech for school or work.
