Puffed & Stuffed

We have been running things here at shop no. sco330 for a while now. The Mughal Canal area in Karnal is always full of people, especially in the evenings when the weather cools down a bit. We are located right near the Vodafone store, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are walking along the canal. It is not a very big or fancy place, but it works for what we do. Every morning, we show up early to get the kitchen ready and make sure everything is in its place before the first customers walk in. The canal is a popular spot for locals to hang out, so we see a lot of familiar faces every day. It gets noisy with the traffic and people chatting outside, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We spend most of our time focus on the food and making sure there is enough for everyone. Sometimes we run out of things if it is a busy Friday, but we try to keep up. There are no big corporate goals here, just a few of us working together to keep the shop going. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by for a quick bite while they are running errands or just taking a walk. It is a simple life and we are happy to be part of the community here.
