Snack

We've been running this little place called Snack for some time now. You can find us at 636, Old Housing Board, right near the Civil Hospital Chowk in Karnal. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. Being so close to the hospital means we see all sorts of people coming and going throughout the day. Some are just passing through, and others work nearby and stop in for a quick bite during their break. We don't have any fancy signs or big posters. It is just a simple setup where we focus on getting the food ready. The shop is quite small, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it rains outside, but we clean it up as fast as we can. We usually open up early to get things prepped before the main crowd arrives. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from the chowk, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our customers are locals who live around the housing board area. We know a lot of them pretty well by now. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just seem to find us or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for their order. It’s a plain, honest living.
