Mdh Spices Company

The work happens out here at Plot No. 31 and 32 inside the Crown Agro Food Industries area. It is located in Village Sidhola, which is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city. Being in a village means things are a little quieter in some ways, but since this is an industrial zone, there is always the sound of machinery and engines running nearby. At Mdh Spices Company, we spend our days surrounded by various bags and containers. The air always has a bit of a bite to it because of the spices we handle, which sometimes makes you sneeze if you aren't used to it. The buildings here are practical, mostly just large spaces for storage and processing. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s just brick and metal. The road leading up to the village can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when the rains come. Most of us who work here live nearby or travel in from the surrounding areas. We take our lunches together when we find the time. It is straightforward work, really. We get the shipments in, we do what needs to be done with the products, and then they go back out. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of the inventory. We’ve got a routine that works for us, and we just stick to it day in and day out.
