You can find us at the 17th Milestone on G.T. Road in Gharaunda. We are right across the road from the Century Public School. It’s a very visible spot because of the highway being so close. Lots of cars, trucks, and buses pass by every minute of the day. We have a good-sized store here. Because we are on the main G.T. Road, we often get travelers stopping by who need a quick pair of shoes or maybe some sandals for their trip. It’s a big building with plenty of space. Inside, it’s mostly rows and rows of shoes for men, women, and children. The school kids from across the street often come over with their parents after classes are done. We keep a lot of school shoes in stock for that reason. The staff here has been around for many years. We know the G.T. Road traffic patterns pretty well by now. It gets very dusty inside because of the highway traffic, so we are always wiping the dust off the boxes. We have some chairs for people to sit while they try things on. It’s not a quiet place at all because of the heavy trucks outside, but it’s a good location for a business. We open early in the morning and stay open late for the commuters. We just keep things running as best as we can. There’s no big mystery to it. We sell footwear to whoever stops their car and walks into the shop. It’s a simple setup on a busy road that connects different cities.
