Our office is up on the second floor of SCO 17 and 18, right in the Mughal Canal area of Karnal. If you know the canal road, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of businesses, and we’re right in the middle of it. We spend most of our days looking at visa forms and travel itineraries. It's a lot of paperwork, honestly. People come up the stairs wanting to know about going abroad for work or just to see family. We have desks covered in files and computers that stay on all day. It’s not a quiet library type of place; there’s usually a bit of chatter going on. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many different countries and rules, it stays busy. The Mughal Canal area has plenty of parking, which is nice for people driving in from the nearby villages. We’ve been in this specific spot for a bit, so we’ve seen the area change over the years. We handle the bookings and the documents that go along with international travel. It’s just a regular office where we sit and work through the details. No one here wears fancy suits or anything. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their travel stuff sorted out. The fans are usually humming, and there’s always a stack of passports waiting to be processed.
