Our business is at 27 Industrial Area, right near the ITI on Kunjpura Road. Being near the technical institute is handy sometimes for finding people who know how to use tools. We manufacture agricultural implements, which is why we need to be in the industrial zone. We have a fairly large setup with different sections for cutting, bending, and painting the metal parts we use. It can get pretty hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we have some big fans that help a little with the heat. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for a long time. They know their way around the machines better than anyone else. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People just know we are here and they come to us when they need a new plow or a harrow. The office is small and tucked away in a corner of the building. It’s usually covered in blueprints and order forms. We try to keep things moving so we don't have too much finished stock sitting around taking up space. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes we have tea with the customers while they wait for their stuff to be loaded onto their trailers. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere despite all the heavy machinery around. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the welding is solid.
