Jmd Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is called Jmd Farmers Producer Company Limited and we are located in Village Koer, near Nilokheri. We use Malkhan Singh’s place as our main point of contact. It’s a quiet village, but there is always a lot of farming work to be done. We started this company because we realized that farmers in 132157 needed to work together to get better prices for their seeds and equipment. If we buy things together, it’s a bit cheaper for everyone. We aren't some big city company with a lot of money. We are just neighbors who have known each other for years. Our meetings usually happen in the shade or inside the house when it’s too hot. We talk about the wheat, the rice, and how the last harvest went. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we disagree on things, but we always figure it out. Being a producer company means we are all in it together. We don't have a big staff, just the members who put in the work. People in Nilokheri know us as the local farmers who are trying something different by being a registered company. We don't have any polished speeches. We just know the soil in Koer and we want to make sure our families can keep living off it for a long time. Our setup is humble, but it gets the job done for our community.
