Our place is at Meera Ghati Chowk, right across from where the Punjab National Bank has their regional office. It’s a landmark everyone knows around here, which helps folks find us. We handle different kinds of agricultural imports and exports. To be honest, it involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and files mostly. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and making sure things get where they need to go on time. Sometimes there are delays at the ports or with the trucks, and that makes things a bit stressful, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been at this location for a good bit now. The area is always busy with traffic and people going into the bank nearby. It gets noisy in the afternoons when the market picks up. We have a small team here who knows the routine well. We don't do much advertising; most people hear about us through word of mouth in the trade. Dealing with international stuff means we are often on the phone at odd hours. It’s just the nature of this business. We try to keep things simple and direct. No big corporate meetings here, just us figuring out the logistics for the month. It works for us. If someone needs help with moving farm products, they find their way to our door.
