Karnal is a busy place, especially around the 132001 area where we are. Jindal Stainless Ltd. Hisar (Haryana) has been part of this landscape for quite some time. It is not some high-tech hub with robots. It’s just us. The mornings usually start with the sound of traffic from the main roads. Haryana weather is no joke, it’s either freezing in January or baking hot in June. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We drink a lot of tea and handle the paperwork as it comes in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but nobody really prioritizes that over the actual daily tasks. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. I’m just writing this because someone had to. You find a lot of people from the local neighborhoods working here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. It feels like a small community even though the name sounds big. People think being in a place like Karnal is quiet but there is always something going on near the office. We try to keep things organized but sometimes files get stacked up. It is just a regular workplace. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just here in Haryana doing what we are supposed to do every day. It's not fancy but it works for us.
