If you’re looking for Isrmex India, you can find us at 923, Sector-9 in the Urban Estate area. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now. It is a quiet enough neighborhood, which helps when we need to focus on the technical details of our daily tasks. Most people who work here live nearby, so there is a real local feel to the office. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we handle all our project planning and logistics. We spend a lot of time on the phones and staring at spreadsheets. It isn't the most exciting thing to talk about, but it is what keeps the lights on. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise in the summer, and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental, but we manage. We aren’t interested in using big words or pretending to be something we aren't. We are just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day. The Urban Estate is a nice place to be based because everything is accessible. Usually, our mornings are the busiest when the mail arrives and we have to sort through everything. By the afternoon, things settle down a bit. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with whatever work is on the desk that day. It is not always perfect, but we try to be consistent with our efforts here at the office.
