Icici Prudential Life Insurance

Our branch is located on the third floor, right above the Axis Bank on Mall Road in Karnal. Being an Icici Prudential Life Insurance office, we stay pretty busy with all the activity on Mall Road. It is a central spot, so it is easy for folks to find us when they are out in town. We have got a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are focused on the desks and the files. People come to us when they are looking for some security through life insurance. We do not make a big deal out of it; we just show them what the options are and help with the signing part. Working in Karnal is good, and being above the bank makes it feel like a very practical location for financial stuff. We are not interested in sounding like a marketing brochure. We just tell it like it is. Some days the elevator is a bit slow, but once you are up here, we will get your insurance questions answered. It is a lot of data entry and talking on the phone, really. We make sure the policies are updated and that everyone knows what they are getting into. It is just us here, a few staff members trying to keep everything organized and helpful for the local people who rely on us for their life insurance needs. No fancy stuff, just regular office life.
