You can find us at Sco- 365- 366 in Karnal, right over at Namaste Chowk near NH-1. Being so close to the highway means we see a lot of people just passing through on their way to somewhere else. We are in Sec- 4, and it's a pretty active spot for travelers and locals alike. The "Cellar" name is just what we go by here at this specific location. The building is a standard Sco setup, and we’ve tried to make the most of the space we have. It gets dusty being so close to the main road, so there’s always someone with a rag or a broom trying to keep things clean. We have our regulars from the neighborhood who stop in, and then we have the folks who just saw our sign from the road. We don't have a lot of time for fluff or fancy talk because there’s always something that needs doing, whether it’s checking the inventory or cleaning up after a busy shift. The noise from the highway is something you just stop hearing after a few weeks of working here. It’s a practical spot for a meal or a break. We’ve been here through the different seasons, watching the traffic patterns change. It’s just us, the road, and the people who stop by for a bit. We don't worry about being the biggest or the flashiest spot on the block.
