Everge Agroscience is located at House Number 57 in the village of Nawala. It’s a quiet place, far away from the big city noise. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the ground, literally. We’ve got a small team here working out of a house. It’s not fancy, but it serves our purpose. We spend our time looking into the science of crops and how to make things grow better. It’s a lot of experimenting and checking on things in the backyard or nearby fields. Being in Nawala means we know our neighbors and we know the land. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. We just have a few people who care about what they do. Some days are just spent cleaning equipment or reading up on new things. It’s slow-paced but steady. We don’t make any big promises, we just try to see what works and what doesn't. Living and working in the same village makes things simple. You might find us outside talking to a neighbor or just sitting by the door. We don't use a lot of jargon. It’s just science and farming mixed together in a way that makes sense to us. We’re just folks in Nawala trying to do something useful. The house is old and has its quirks, like a door that sticks in the monsoon. We don't have a receptionist. If the bell rings, whoever is closest goes to see who it is.
