It’s a practical spot for making things like pots and pans because getting materials in and out is relatively easy, as long as the traffic isn't too bad. Our factory floor is where everything happens. It’s loud, and the machines for pressing and shaping metal take up a lot of space. We aren't a high-tech lab; we’re a manufacturing unit that focuses on making stuff people use in their kitchens every single day. The air is often filled with the smell of metal and a bit of heat from the production lines. We’ve got a small team here, and most of the staff lives nearby or commutes along the G.T. Road. We don’t have a big fancy lobby for visitors because we’re usually too busy in the back. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is delayed, and those are the days that test our patience. But generally, we just keep the production moving. It’s a simple business of making cookware for regular homes. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some production schedules. It’s hard, sweaty work, but there’s a sense of satisfaction when a batch is finished and packed.
