We are located at shop number 70 in the new grain market in Gharaunda, which is part of the Karnal district. It is a busy spot, especially when the harvest comes in and the tractors start lining up on the road. We started this LLP to handle the agricultural trading and overseas stuff that comes with living in a place like this. Most of the time, it is just us in the shop, surrounded by bags of grain and a lot of ledgers. It is not a quiet place, with all the shouting and the noise from the market outside, but we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just local people who know about rice and wheat and how the seasons work here. We spend our days talking to farmers and figuring out the logistics of moving crops. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks get delayed, and we just sit and wait it out with some tea. We don't use any fancy business words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just focus on the work in front of us. Gharaunda is our home, and we have been in this market for quite a while now.
