People walk in and out all day, mostly farmers or other traders. We don't have a website or a marketing team. We just talk to people, check the quality of what’s coming in, and handle the sales. It’s honest work, and it can be physically tiring sometimes. The shop gets hot in the summer and a bit drafty in the winter, but that’s just how it is in Karnal. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the market prices. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us trying to make a living and keeping the commodities moving. It’s a simple setup. We know most of our neighbors in the other shops, and we’ve been part of this community for years. It’s just a regular business in a regular market, doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment of grain arrives after sunset and needs to be recorded.
