Arceggs Private Limited is based out of VPO Kunjpura, and you can find us care of Satpal. Working with eggs means our schedule is dictated by the birds. We are up very early to start the collection process. It is a lot of repetitive work, picking up eggs, checking them for cracks, and placing them into the trays. Kunjpura is a rural area, and our setup reflects that. We don't have a corporate headquarters with glass windows. Instead, we have sheds and storage areas that we maintain ourselves. The work is dusty and it never really stops, even on Sundays or holidays. We have to make sure the temperature is right and that the transport trucks can get in and out easily, even when the village roads are in bad shape. We aren't trying to sound like a giant agricultural conglomerate. We are just a local private company that deals with poultry products. Most of our day is spent outdoors or in the sheds, not behind a computer screen. We handle the sales and the logistics ourselves, talking to local shopkeepers and distributors. Sometimes we lose a few eggs during transport, or the feed prices go up, and we just have to figure it out. It is a straightforward life centered around the farm and the animals. We do what we need to do to keep the business running and make sure the trays are filled and ready for delivery each morning for the people nearby.
