We operate out of rooms 521 through 524 in the Nila building at the Technopark Campus. It can be a bit of a maze in this building sometimes if you aren't used to it, but we have got our own little section carved out. We have several rooms connected together, which really helps when we need to separate different projects or when someone just needs a bit of quiet to think. The Nila building is one of the older ones on the campus, so it has a bit of character compared to some of those newer glass towers. We have got plenty of windows that let in some natural light, which is nice when you are stuck indoors for the whole day. The work we do involves a lot of software maintenance and development, so there is always a constant hum of computers in the background. We are not big on formalities around here. Most of us show up in casual clothes and just get stuck into whatever task is on the list for that morning. We know all the food court options by heart and usually have our favorite spots that we rotate through. It is a steady environment where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations about our values; we just prefer to let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late when a big release is going out, but we usually manage a good balance.
