I’ve been living and working out of H. No. 4-5-127 in Annapurna Colony for quite some years. Being so close to the NTPC plant in Jyothinagar means the whole area feels connected to the power station. My place is just a regular house where I handle my business affairs. It’s not a big office with a reception desk; it’s more of a home-based setup where people can reach me. Jyothinagar is a quiet enough place, though you can always hear the hum of the plant in the background. I do a lot of local work around here, helping neighbors or taking on small contracts. My workspace is usually just a table with my papers and a phone that rings more than I’d like. The garden outside needs some work, but I’ve been too busy with the daily grind to get to it. Sometimes people drop by without calling first, which is fine because that’s how things are done here. We sit on the porch and talk about whatever needs doing. It’s a very practical way of living and working. I don’t use any big words or complicated systems. I just try to be reliable for the people in the colony who need my help.
