Gherzi Eastern Limited Mumbai

Our location in Dholpur, Rajasthan, is in Villagekhurd, Postshamor. It’s quite a rural setting for an office, but that’s where the work is. We are part of Gherzi Eastern Limited Mumbai, but we are out here on the ground. The address is simple, just like the way we work. Rajasthan gets incredibly hot, so the thick walls of the building really help keep things cool. We don’t have all the modern gadgets you’d find in a city office. We have the basics, and that’s enough for us. There is a lot of dust because of the roads nearby, so we spend a bit of time every morning wiping down the desks. It’s a small group of us here. We know everyone in the village, and they know us. We aren't here to put on a show. We just handle the local tasks and make sure everything is recorded properly. Sometimes the power is a bit hit or miss, so we have to plan our computer work around that. We usually eat lunch together, often sharing whatever someone brought from home. It’s a very different environment than a skyscraper. We like the honesty of working in a place like this. You see the results of your work right outside the door. It’s just a regular day-to-day grind, making sure we meet our deadlines and keep everything moving forward.
