Shivam Arts

Shivam Arts is tucked into Shop No. 4 inside the Vasant Vihar Complex. We are right on Station Road in Vidyanagar, pretty close to the Krishna Canal. It’s a nice area, and having the canal nearby makes the air feel a bit cooler sometimes when there is a breeze. Our shop is small, but we’ve made the most of the space over the years. We’ve got our supplies stacked up against the walls and a couple of old chairs for when someone needs to sit down and discuss a project for a few minutes. Station Road is always buzzing with people going to the train or heading home, so we get a lot of foot traffic and curious visitors. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners in the Vasant Vihar complex. We aren't some big art gallery with white walls and fancy lighting. It’s just a working shop where things get a bit messy with paint or materials while we are in the middle of something. We don't mind the mess though, because it shows we are actually doing something productive. Most of our days are spent working on whatever comes through the door. Sometimes we have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. We don't have any big slogans. We just want to finish the work and make sure it looks right.
