S. K. Enterprises

You can find S. K. Enterprises over at 217/A in Guruwar Peth. We are very close to the Kamani Maruti Mandir, which is a well-known spot in this part of town. The area is quite traditional and can get very crowded during festival times. Our place isn't very large. It’s a typical Guruwar Peth shop with a small entrance and a lot of things packed inside. We handle a variety of trading and supply tasks. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come in or making phone calls to arrange deliveries. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more about knowing our customers and what they need. The shelves are usually full of boxes and we have to move things around just to find a place to sit. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we clean it up when we can. We've been operating from this same spot for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we just keep doing things the way we always have. We don't use any fancy management tools. A simple ledger and a pen usually do the trick for us. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. If you’re near the Mandir, you can easily spot our door and come in for a quick word about whatever you need.
