Mehar Chand Sales

Mehar Chand Sales is right on Amritsar Road, near the Old Hospital. It’s a well-known landmark so we are pretty easy to find. We have been here for a long time now. The building is an old one but it has plenty of space for what we do. Most of our day is spent dealing with customers who stop by. We have a lot of items in stock and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. We don't have a modern showroom. It’s more of a traditional shop where things are stacked up. We like it that way. It feels more real. The road outside is always busy with traffic and people going to the hospital. We hear the sirens and the horns all day. It’s just part of the atmosphere here. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy. If someone needs help, whoever is free jumps in. We don't do any big promotions or sales events. People know our prices are fair and that’s why they keep coming back. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on Amritsar Road, but we’ve managed to stick around. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It’s a basic way of living but it works for us. We close up when the sun goes down and start again the next morning.
