Our shop is Jai Maa Computer Mobile Solution. You can find us on Kaimpura Bazar Road. We are right in the middle of Sadar Bazar in Kapurthala. It is a very crowded area with lots of shops and people everywhere. The noise from the market is constant. We have been here in Punjab for a long time. Our space is small and packed with all sorts of electronics. We handle computers and mobile phones every single day. Some mornings we spend just cleaning up the dust that blows in from the bazaar. It is a never-ending task. People stop by while they are doing their daily shopping. We know most of the people who walk past our door. It is a very local kind of place. We don't have any fancy chairs or a waiting room. People just stand by the counter and wait or come back later. We do the repairs and the settings while chatting with neighbors. It gets hot in the summer but we have the door open to catch whatever breeze there is. We just focus on the machines in front of us. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We like being in the bazaar even with all the noise and the rush. It’s our routine and we have been doing it for years now. We just take things as they come and fix what is broken.
