Vishal Exim

Vishal Exim is located at 17/619 Madhavapuram. We have a small office space here where we handle all the paperwork for the trade. It’s not a large warehouse or anything like that, just where the business side of things happens every day. Madhavapuram is a busy area, and there is always noise from the street outside. We deal with a lot of different items coming and going through the ports. Sometimes the shipments are on time, and other times there are long delays at the docks or with the trucks on the highway. That is just how the export and import business goes. I spend a lot of time checking documents and making sure the numbers match up on every sheet. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture is old, but it serves its purpose for us. We have a small electric kettle for making coffee when the days get long and the work piles up. It is mostly just a few of us working here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just talk to our suppliers and customers directly on the phone. It’s about being honest and getting the work done without making a big fuss. The ledger books are stacked on the wooden shelf, and the phone rings more than I’d like sometimes. But we keep at it. Living and working in the same area makes things a bit easier.
