VINVIIN BUILDTECH LLP

Our office is in Sector 36 of Noida, right at B-35. It’s a pretty standard spot in a part of the city that has seen a lot of growth lately. We operate as an LLP, focusing on the buildtech side of things. This means we spend a lot of time looking at the more technical aspects of construction. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and technical drawings, but we know where everything is. We aren't big on corporate decorum or having a polished front. We’re more interested in making sure the calculations are right and the materials are solid. Noida is a fast-paced place to have a business, so there is always a lot going on. We handle everything from the initial site visits to the final checks. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We don’t use any of those trendy buzzwords you hear in big boardrooms. We just talk about the work and how to get it done. Sometimes we stay late to finish a proposal or to figure out a problem at a site. It’s part of the job and we don’t mind it. We just want to do good work and keep the business moving forward. It’s a practical, no-nonsense approach to building and technology. We keep our heads down, stay busy, and focus on the tasks at hand every day.
