Silvasa Developers is located at No. 87/166 in Aacharya Nagar. A good way to find us is to look for the FedEx courier office, as we are right across from it. It’s a busy little street, and we see people coming and going all day long. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for anyone to just pop in if they have a question about a project or a piece of land. We’ve been working out of this space for a good amount of time now. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so many files and drawings stacked up on the tables. We are usually busy with construction plans or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a very quiet place, especially when the fans are running at full speed in the heat. We don't go in for fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Most of what you’ll see are site photos and schedules pinned up everywhere. The neighborhood is friendly enough, and we know the guys over at the courier office pretty well since we are always seeing them. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical city problems like parking being a nightmare or the water tank needing a fix. We just take it as it comes. It’s a regular small business vibe where everyone knows each other’s business and we all pitch in to get things finished.
