We are located at House No 128/75 in the K Block of Kidwai Nagar. This part of Kanpur is always buzzing with energy, which fits the way we work. Being a Buildcon LLP, we have to stay on top of a lot of different things at once. It’s not just about the construction itself, but also about the planning and the legal side of things. Our office is in a residential-commercial mix area, so it feels very local. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we’re right there in the neighborhood. Most of our day is taken up by phone calls, meetings with site supervisors, and checking on material costs. Kanpur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the congestion, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our office setup quite basic. There are desks, some files, and always a pot of tea going. We don’t really use big business words or try to sound like something we’re not. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and manage projects. Some days are longer than others, especially when we’re trying to finish a specific phase of a job. We just take things as they come and try to handle every problem as it arises. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work for us and the people we work with.
