Paper Jewelery

You can find us at No. 101 in Meena Tower, which is part of the 112/ 166 A- 1 block in Swarup Nagar. We operate as Fashkraft Overseas, but most people just know us for the Paper Jewelery. It’s an interesting place to work because everything we handle is so light. We have stacks of colorful paper and specialized tools all over the workbenches. The office is in a bit of an older building, so the elevators are slow, and the hallways are narrow. We don't mind it much. It’s just the two or three of us mostly, cutting and folding and glueing things together. It takes a lot of time to get one piece right, so the room is usually very quiet. We have a window that looks out over the street, and we watch the tea seller downstairs. We aren't some big factory with machines. Most of what we do is by hand, sitting at our desks. Sometimes we run out of a certain color and have to go hunting for it in the local markets. It’s a bit messy with paper scraps on the floor, but we clean up every Friday. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. It’s a bit of a trek up the stairs when the elevator is broken, but we're used to it.
