We are over at Shop No-2 in the Ratan Lal Nagar area of Barra. It’s a small setup, more of a local shop-style space than a big office. Being in Ratan Lal Nagar means we get a lot of local families coming by. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads of Kanpur, which is nice for a change. We spend most of our time at Step By Step Tutorial just managing the small groups that come in. The space is tight but it works for what we need. You’ll see the sign right there in the market block. We usually keep the door open to let some air in unless it's too dusty outside. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We just sit down, open the books, and get to work. Most of our furniture is simple wooden stuff that’s been here for a while. We don't have a receptionist, so one of us usually handles the phone calls while the other is busy with a student. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. People stop by after finishing their grocery shopping to check on their kids’ progress. It’s a friendly atmosphere, not very formal at all. We just try to stay organized and keep the calendar marked with the right dates. It’s a small, practical business serving the people right around here in Barra.
