Somnand Enterprises

We are located over in Malviya Vihar, right near the Bharat Gas Agency on Karrahi Road. It’s a decent area in Barra II. Somnand Enterprises is basically run out of a modest space here. You can see the gas trucks coming and going nearby, which is how most people find us. Just look for the gas agency, we tell them. The street can get a bit crowded in the afternoons, especially with people running errands. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some shelves filled with files and a couple of computers that are a few years old. The windows let in a bit of dust from Karrahi Road, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s just me and a couple of others here most days. We keep a kettle in the back for making tea because that’s how we get through the morning. We’ve been in this part of Barra II long enough to know the shopkeepers next door and the guy who sells snacks on the corner. It feels like a community. We don't do much in the way of advertising; we just stay at our desks and handle whatever comes in. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a simple way of doing business without any of that corporate stuff. We just try to stay busy.
